NAIF DD discussions are still ongoing and nothing has been decided as of yet.
NAIF is a Commonwealth Government entity.
Point 6. No construction team has been engaged. I don't know how you could think that. They don't have finance yet so how could they get someone to build it? PQ Partners lead and manage projects. See recent announcement.
