Dilution is common among small cap stocks.
CR's are one of the few ways many companies without revenue raise money. That is common knowledge. I know that, you know that. Everyone should be aware of that. There is no surprise around this. Nothing different to say, 500 or 1,000 other asx listed companies.
No one is denying what happened 4 years ago was a set back, but if anything, it shows management's resolve. To get to where they are now, after the collapse of everything is a testament to that.
