Well if it is criticism it is pretty gentle. I think you more or less had said what I've said in one of your earlier posts. 'The market' tends to punish delays, and reasons for delays can be valid: 'the market' doesn't care. It's not disloyalty, impatience, toys-out-of cot or anything else: people don't like opportunity cost, they have other stocks they are eyeing and will adjust their plans, and above all people want to protect their capital.
