The numbers cited in the study are from 2013, and of course costs of production and ore prices have varied over time.
For example, the concentrate selling price assumed in the study was US$104.29/dmt FOB West Sacramento, whereas prices achievable today are of course considerably higher.
Nevertheless, not a bad rough guide:
I believe the Company's current thinking is those numbers may be quite conservative.
