You are correct, the final funding is the immediate critical issue...
In this regard, in my opinion, I would think it very strange considering the number of new investors
that have put lots of $$$ recently, that they will stand by and let this fall at the last hurdle....
The most relevant comment in the announcement is:
"The Company is in discussions with several strategic parties to secure the remaining funds required for
project completion. The aim is to secure funding this quarter."
Either the board is lying or they are chasing some "big fish"...
We should know by end March...
