If the market cap was around 6million and they raised 3.2 million through issue of shares can someone explain how it was only 8.89% dilution? The dilutions always bring the price down to the issue price or less. Happens every time with nsl. You cant just expect to increase the market cap overnight with a stock issue and expect it to stay there
