It says the MOU supports the 5 year growth strategy. It also says in a seperate part of the announcement that the MOU positions NSL to produce in excess of 8mtpa in the state. This is very different to saying they aim to produce that much in 5 years. That is a huge target. If they want anyone to beleive it they will have to say thats what theyre going for and outline a plan. without that its just speculation and hot air
