The placement guys bought in for the purpose of holding the price down?? Usually that comes with accumulation. Plenty of shares being offered at cheap but there is no buyers. So that theory may be flawed.
If the fundamentals of this is really that great then the stock should see a quick rebound on every dip. This is not the case here so.
I am tempted to buy in at this current price for a punt but would like to see management put some actual cash in. Looking like a lifestyle business at this point.
