The below video link is from EU CRMA webinar sometime in April. On date stamp about 1hr 11min it talks about the relative timing of release of the Strategic Project Status. EPM submission was done in sometime in July - ahead of the Aug deadline.
I will likely be raising the question whether the completeness check has been satisfied, and what date did this occur. EU CRMA panel of experts then have a maximum of 90 days to review and provide report to the CRMA board (from that date)
