M Resources - the majority owner of Metaroc- has just finalised the acquisition of Illawarra Coal from South32 (1.3billion dollar deal) with their joint venture partner Golden Energy.
fingers crossed for some contracts out of this deal. With Metaroc an in-house asset for M Resources it is probably part of the $2billion in tenders currently in the pipeline.
