I wouldnt say the bauxites worthless tho it is average grade.
They have a MDL which allows them to dig up ore for samples to send away to potential buyers
Buyers is the key as the mine is driven by offtakes
They may get a buyer but until they are granted a ML they cannot dig it up and sell it. This could be a couple of years away
To me it looks like they are structuring the MM side well to scale, whether they paid too much remains to be seen
Im sure they have done the numbers
Lets see if it works out
