Did you read the announcement ? How would you randomly know 57 patients had DKD. There are 576 patients with diabetes prior to the trial we don't know how many who have DKD. If you randomly said 50%of the 576 trial patients would get DKD, then that would leave you with 288 having DKD. Which makes a random selection right only 20% of the time. No where near 67%.
