Utterly clueless,
576 diabetic patients... during the course of the trial 57 of these patients progressed to DKD (as per announcement). 576 patients were tested with the PromarkerD kit, the company has now told us that of the 57 that showed DKD progression, 38 of them had tested positive by the PromarkerD kit. ie. A true positive result of 67% and a false negative result of 33% (ie. the 19 patients that progressed to DKD but tested negative by the PromarkerD kit).
Not sure which fantasyland you people were educated in... but I do hope that it has since been shutdown.
