one only has to look at the lengths ILU will go to to extract a tiny amount of Dy, Tb from a mine in NSW only to ship it to WA as feed for their REE processing plant to see how valuable this stuff is

the spot price for these minerals is so high it's absurd.. NdPr is already high but Dy,Tb off the richter scale

CPN is coming of a low base here, there's a lot of overhang and perhaps motivation to get out and also perhaps some selling into the SPP and of course we are now crawling with day traders..

how this new development plays out is anyone's guess
