the spot price for these minerals is so high it's absurd.. NdPr is already high but Dy,Tb off the richter scale

CPN is coming of a low base here, there's a lot of overhang and perhaps motivation to get out and also perhaps some selling into the SPP and of course we are now crawling with day traders..
