Anything can hapoen Gibbaz. If your that opinionated about West Wits, why dont you buy in. A hostile takeover could be at 10 - 12 cents, I bet you many would take the offer. I dont think 5% holding means anything. All they need to do is talk to Wingfield and DRD and get there support and if that happens, everyone will cave in.
