True value will/should be represented by the economics of the project. Eg how much profit, for how long etc. Gold quality is a subset of this. If we had 8 then more profitable. If we had 2 less so. But profitable this will be. LB is right though, by what extent of profitability we won’t know until it actually happens. DFS is an indication only.
4 and a bit lower is what we have to work with.
Keep searching for the negative. You’ll always find it if that’s your goal.
