    Yes you`re correct there are 40ml shares issued but 13ml of those are in Escrow. I stand to be corrected but think i read that that arrangement expires November 2022 but only for 800k of the 13ml shares in escrow.Nice ann today and not entirely unexpected so could already be built into the price but pre market looks good. GLTA holders. PS dont forget to upvote the ann
