The $1m cash was paid at settlement in December 2020. The $2.5m of consideration shares were issued on 11 December 2020. The earn-out consideration is the only liability left in relation to the Betta acquisition. This is maximum $500,000 now and then $500,000 in 6 months. So only 1m left to pay in total and plenty of cash in the bank.
I still don't see the need for a cap raise. Happy to be corrected though. I have only just started researching the company.
