Well perhaps, but at this point in the process, the probability of the casino license reinstatement for SGR may have improved, but certainly not a given. Well done to the NICC for persevering with their important public policy management responsibilities, and not be intimidated by these casinos with an undue sense of entitlement and priority. It is now up to the SGR Board to follow through and deliver the goods for the holders. Market reaction on opening Monday 25 March 2024, should be positive, but cannot be assured, often fickle outcomes.
