It looks like Cooke simply did no bow and salute NICC as they wanted.
NICC wants to be treated like an Emperor. (actually more like BARBIE)
Cook was stuck between running a commercial business in the interest of shareholders or wasting time running a business like the Government.
I feel sorry for him as he was sacrificed just to appease bureaucratic egos, "nothing to do with licencing"
We need a CEO who can suck up to NICC
