You don’t think chronically understaffing the business, refusing to respond to the regulator and retaining cronies that the regulator wanted gone is doing anything wrong?
What does constitute a CEO and CFO doing wrong in your book? You could run an argument that Australian business has lots of examples of corporates doing evil and organs like ASIC are to blame but Cooke and Katsibouba definitely remain in shame.
And look at Robbie Cooke and Tyro history as this has happened all before? SGR substantial sholders once bitten twice shy obviously did not apply.
David Foster and the Board should go for recklessly hiring Cooke and Katsibouba.
