So much going with SGR.
Just thinking outside all the issues here. What is the value or future value of the Star Casino at Pyrmont.
Lets see:
- A train station currently in construction literally in front of one of the casino entrances.
- A new darling harbour shopping centre currently in construction a few hundred metres away.
- A new fish market currently in constructions also a few hundred metres away.
So much going on in the area, how much tourism will be going in the area a few years from now and what value will that add to the Star Casino property and location.
The sarcastic questions to ask yourself here is, why would anyone what to own a casino at the Pyrmont location. By the way, this is just one venue, but what is the current valuation of SGR as whole. What would happen to the debts if interest rates eventually go down.
So much going with SGR. Just thinking outside all the issues...
