The one next to the town is partly worthless as the capital required to move the town and road would likely increase the economic cut-off grade way above what's quoted. This should be quite obvious to a layperson let alone a CP. Surprising the CP is signing off on that as they have not included that in the RPEEE via a higher cut-off grade, just flagged it as a 100% certain risk under ESG. The CP must have good PI insurance. However, they can likely mine the shallower parts at a good profit. I would like to know how much of the resource would fall inside a pit that stops say 50m from the town and road. That would be the real economic resource.
