It's nice investing in companies when managers and founders own so much stock. You can sleep at night knowing they are doing their absolute best for you and good results usually follow.
I worked for many years in a large listed company in which board and management owned no shares. What an eye opener. That has guided my investment approach to avoid those situations as they treated shareholders money like it rains from the sky.
