Made me dig into Ashok's past in the context of his present role in HRZ after joining the BOD in 2019. Ashok was a director at Kingwest Resources (KWR.ASX) until it merged with Bright Star Resources (BTR.ASX) in 2023 when he declined to join the larger entity, reportedly because he wanted to assist in the development of HRZ.
In the approx 20min interview it is clear, in my view at least, that he is charismatic, driven, a negotiator and above all a savvy director determined to see any company he is involved in progress.
