Your valuation of HRZ is close to the mark, I reckon,Feeenix, but I fear no one will be paying that price for it. Not unless the general market wakes up to the realistic potential you've have outlined. Maybe there is too much gold noise going on and too many gold companies being touted,that HRZ's actual gold production and banking of proceeds, is being lost amidst all the cacophony.
The fact that this announcement which, in my view, meets the 'upward price movement causation' criteria called for by some posters, to start an upward trend in the share price, has made absolutely no difference at the close of trading, must surely alert them to the harsh reality that until Mr Market wakes up, or is pointed in no uncertain manner, to its achievements,no amount of good announcements will loosen the vice-like grip the manipulators have on the stock.
Now,if the HRZ Board plans to acquire other companies, either by direct purchase and /or share swap,it is crucial they have a healthy share price reflective of the genuine progress being made towards becoming a mid-tier gold producer.
At the moment,this is not happening. The opposite is the case. It looks as if the company is being set up for a cheap takeover either from outside or within via accumulation of shares under various nominee companies. I don't believe the BoDs want this. I believe they want to be directors of a highly successful gold[and silver?]producer and explorer, destined to become a major player in the field.
If this is the case,then they have to act to expose those predatory entities behind this attack on their and our company.
