It's the value of the franking credits that is the difference. On 31c of dividends this equates to 13.3c of franking credits.. This makes it $1.343 in total 'value' to be received.
Still, given the timing of the capital distribution is still a way off I think all of the value is in the price now and have sold and moved on to other things. From other investments in companies in 'wind up/liquidation' it always seems to take longer than expected to distribute the cash.
