‘Smoke and mirrors’? Unlikely. BOE mgmt are straight shooters. On time and on budget, they have stated previously they aim to expand the resource base, and are following up on that statement in a methodical, professional and timely manner. Yes there’s always potential for problems to arise in the commissioning and ramp up up phase but superior management will have every chance of avoiding or minimising the negative outcomes.
