Sparks, issuance of new shares to fund the construction of a new money making facility is viewed very differently to issuance of new shares to fund ongoing operations.
You are correct in that issuance of any new shares is dilutive, however this new facility allows for the growth of the business beyond what the current Slovenian facility can produce.
The new shares issued on the London stock exchange may have a discount to the Aud equivalent price on the ASX, however these new investors will be institutional fund managers who will
see value and the upside in MXC.
So my view is that the new insurance may not cause a hit to the ASX MXC.
