So commission the new mill which handles the softer ore from the South and Centre pits, only then to not even cover the stripping costs let alone the price of even part of the new mill ??? Therefore running the mine now at a loss?
It makes more sense that $72 million of stripping was just written off the North pit reducing the high grade reserves......The reason why I conclude to this is because of the independent report of Savage River released on the ASX on the 11/11/2008.
It's all there. Happy to be convinced otherwise.
