GRR is "solid" in that it has net cash on its balance sheet and is generating cash. But its "risky" in that during a downturn it has a high cost of production and could easily turn cash negative at the same time as needing more cash for the underground project. In that event the company could be at risk.
But on the flipside GRR is trading at a market capitalisation that is really low relative to its ability to generate cash in a strong iron ore market. There's a lot of upside.
The risk is clear and thats why the share price is so low (the share price is low for good reason its not market manipulation as some others on this chat have stated) but the opportunity is also clear.
Thats why i am unsure of whether to buy back in or not. I am like Rocket in that i sold at a high price and I'd like to buy back in but i feel uncertain because of the above issues.
Rocket knows more about GRR than most so I'm hoping he replies to my question I'm interested in his views.
