maybe you were thinking of sales? They need roughly that amount in Q4 to stay on target ("I can't shake 'em").
see the production commentary in the quarterly? 'We're on target for production'.
Commentary on meeting sales target included nothing but roaring silence.
If they did 550 I would not be upset. 630 even better, and only one extra shipment. +700???...it is good to challenge yourself with lofty goals...Go You!!!!
