Is it possible that Clement Ko of Pacific Minerals the second largest GRR shareholder with 95 million shares objects to this property development? http://www.pminerals.com/aboutus.html
On the 29th Mar 2018 the announcement stated that Pacific International as of the 24th Jan 2018 was no longer an associate with Shagang.
It would've taken a significant event to cause the fallout, this may have been the reason.

It will be interesting to see if Pacific International votes against the resolutions. I 've been trying to find out Clement Ko's email contact details, without success so far, it would be interesting to hear his thoughts.
