I'm sure there are investors here for a quick buck as well as some of us longer term value seekers and some day traders and divvy hunters as well, that's all ok and the market is helped by newbies demand IMO. I'm certain the board do read these comments but not sure they would be laughing, particularly a year ago when the general consensus from HC investors would have preferred the board to return profit by increasing divy's rather than develop property, but also to invest the $200M for a better return.
