re: Ann: GRR Quarterly Report for the 3 Month... Management should consider using some of their cash funds to buyback some shares on-market. Say 10% of the stock and reserve $30 million of their cash to do this. They are sitting on $130 million cash and it appears southdown is on hold so might as well try and bring the share price up and if they need funds for southdown later they can do an equity raise at 50c once the stock is valued more appropriately.
