    re: Ann: GRY: Gryphon declares Shield takeove... well at least now its unconditional so off to the post office with my acceptance form.... hopefully this takeover is put to bed reasonably quickly now and i hope Gry keep with SHX's drilling program that was to comence in DEC 2010 at Saboussiri in Mauritania. :)
