Personally they can do all of the drilling they like, as well as presentations, but the real issue is they do not seem to want to get the Project going, or financiers/investors do not believe they can get the Project up and going. The legacy of running off into Mauritanie, Cote D Voire investing in Papillion suggest time for change of management.
