we dont have a leaky ship which allows insto's to get set before announcements. so those who dont yet have enough stock are potentially capping the price while they accumulate (i.e sell down 50k units a time to draw out supply then scoop it up).
As an earlier poster said, expect a move within the next few days. seems to be abit of delay
