I think management are thinking North Stanmore is something special ... But .. Current VTM land holding is not big enough. Anything that can be done to extend the foot print should be done. Big or small..
A lot of positive intent here. Next thing we need to see management get some skin in the game. Nothing breathes confidence like putting your money where your mouth is!
