Hansens place on the new board needs a general meeting of shareholders to ratify his appointment to the board. This will happen rapidly and there will likely be resolutions concerning performance rights and options as well for his benefit. The other directors will also get on board with resolutions as to performance rights at that meeting in September in my opinion.

Also be aware Glenn Poole Chief Geologist (ex Greenstone director) will also have his snout in for some performance rights, etc. etc.

We need to be ready.
