Month of June has 12 days remanding from tomorrow the HRZ register grows by about 400M shares to 1.110M shares, and during that time CLT transactions to lower any CGT implications will happen. I expect the share price to drop just because of the merger (some may think dilution ) and sell, and we do not have any new information on contracts etc. So yes I think the SP will drop but I will be holding as I also expect the good information to come from the company just after the start of the new financial year. That suits me.
