... .yes they have made a few 'deliberate' mistakes.... nothing more potent than a 'blemishing effect' strategy for any non-US start-up... at least they were suddenly on CBA's, YUM, NA Williams, Amazon's radar .... so mission accomplished .... maybe the ASIC fines, lawsuits & short term share price noise can be deemed deferred 'marketing/ PR/ start-up' costs....
....misleading vs. non-disclosure vs. 'NDA'....hopefully Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan (one of the prestiges /most expensive corporate lawyers in the world) will sort some of these issues out on Friday... again...see the fines as part of 'growing the business'....
