And another point about big companies bearing no risk.... think about it. There is huge risks for them. This isn't just about 20 c a delivery.... that's being short sighted. What is gsw trying to help companies with?
Improved customer service
Increased size of bundle
Increasing repeat sales
Significantly decreasing customer complaints
Reducing costs

Now if gsw fails, and the implementation goes sour, this implementation could have the opposite for the customer, being;

Increased complaints and call centre costs going through the roof
Decreasing customer experience
Brand damage (big deal for Yum and amazon)
Decreased sales
Decreased size of spend

So the risks are massive for the customer if it stuffs up...
