Exactly my point, it was never a fraudulent announcement. GSW never lied to anyone.

But for all their projects announced, and you can bet your ass AFR contacted them all, one or two did not proceed very far. As far as I am concerned that is an excellent bloody strike rate with software deployment.
It also seems that over time as much bigger partnerships came to bear, the fact the FBox agreement did not progress definitely became immaterial and GSW felt that the loss of revenue would be absolutely engulfed by other work in the pipeline.

AFR has whipped up a perfect storm in a teacup. Unfortunately they whipped it up too well and shut the stock down lol
