The main issue here though is that people are using the word contract in the context of some sort of guaranteed revenue in exchange for a product etc. It's not that at all. These are strategic partnerships for utilising GSW in a certain space that will enable X revenue potential based on forecasts.

If you want to call the document that exists B2B representing that partnership a contract then I am fine with that, but in the context of monetary/revenue discussions it is misleading and that is why GSW have not used it in the major agreements.
