GSW have also updated their website - Looks pretty good too with some great product features outlined.
Coinciding with the new hires it seems like a bit of a shift in strategy back towards sales. N.A having been underway for almost a year, one would hope that implementation is coming to fruition, and as the initial work should have been completed GSW may have found themselves having excess implementation capacity for new clients once again, hence the shift back to sales from the implementation hires. I would expect the $100m would have contracted the implementation timeline from the initial estimate of up to 18months.
Also possible that the product is not doing well and more sales needed. Though if this was the case I would have expected the shift to have occurred far earlier than this, given they have no shortage of funds.
If this is correct I would expect to see signs of this in the delivery numbers in the next quarterly - or before in milestone achievement.
