Yes, I was a little disappointed in how ADV spun this asset out. I was invested for both gold and Lithium, But looking back, management were in a hard spot with a low SP, requirement to raise large amounts of capital and bring in new staff to manage the asset.
At the least, existing holders should have been given some shares, not priority to buy what we already owned.
