If you look into what Rob earnt over the last 2 years its quiet disgusting. He pulled in over 500k per year the last 2 years working with Ardiden and over 360k of that was performance bonus's. Thats not including the 10million shares he has... then sets up a fantastic deal with Green tech in which he gets anothe 200k salary... while still working with Ardiden! absolute joke
