I am thinking this raise is to do with intial plan to produce the Severity Risk Test and in junction of the previous raise to have the fund to accomodate for production when first orders roll in. Most likely they will have to find 3rd party partners to produce as well if they want to make an impact as the 250000 unit/year is not going to give them enough exposure. This could sell like hotcakes and if it is in the US at potentially ridiculous prices.

Covid will be the money maker and put them on the map, maybe even bring about a partnership/TO from a huge Pharma as I personally think as an overall their tech has potential.

I also wonder if they need the funds to kick their testing clinics into gear. They have previously proposed their facility to US agency for testing however were not taken up on it. This new development and the rising cases in US could change the view of the decision makers.
